Community Actionists are dance artists that advocate for healthy relationships with young people using choreographed dance performances, dialogue, and interactive activities in schools across New York City in the form of Hands are for Holding® workshops. Hands Are For Holding® is a youth-centered workshop series which uses dance and movement to engage in conversation about healthy relationships, bullying, equity, and choice in everyday interaction.
